CERT Celebrates Employees’ Children with Fun and Learning Before the New School Year

August 2025 – Abu Dhabi: The Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training (CERT) was filled with children’s laughter, cupcakes decorated with colorful creativity, and little hands planting seeds of hope and imagination during a special back-to-school celebration organized by CERT for the children of its employees.

The day featured a variety of activities, including fun yoga sessions, creative workshops, interactive games, and artistic activities, along with joyful moments throughout. Children discovered new skills, connected with their peers, and enjoyed the fun side of learning in a supportive and inspiring atmosphere. Parents and staff took part in the activities, expressing their pride in seeing their children create and shine. The day concluded with warm back-to-school wishes and the distribution of memorable gifts.

“This day is not just a celebration — it’s a real investment in the future,” said Mr. Abdulla Alameri, Chief Operating Officer of CERT. “For our children, it is a chance to strengthen self-confidence, unleash creativity, and instill a love for learning ahead of the new academic year. For our employees, it is a message of appreciation that shows we care about their families as much as we care about their work. And for CERT, it is a living embodiment of our culture of care, building connections, and fostering belonging — because we believe that when families thrive, the whole community thrives.”

The participation of CERT employees in the activities brought extra energy and helped break down barriers between work and play, reflecting CERT’s ongoing commitment to creating environments where creativity, well-being, and community spirit can flourish — not only for employees but for their families as well.

With its harmonious blend of fun, learning, and wellness, this day created unforgettable memories and inspiring messages for a school year filled with positive energy.
