Department of Digital Ajman and CERT Announce Strategic Partnership to Develop and Operate Ajman Contact Center 80070

The Department of Digital Ajman announced the signing of a strategic partnership with the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research & Training (CERT) to support, develop, and operate Ajman Contact Center 80070. This partnership reflects the Government of Ajman’s direction to strengthen integration between government entities and specialized academic and applied institutions, and to advance a more efficient and sustainable government services ecosystem.

The partnership aims to leverage CERT’s academic and applied expertise in capacity building, workforce development, and the implementation of global operational best practices in contact center management. This will enhance the efficiency of services delivered through Ajman Contact Center 80070 and support government entities in providing their services through a unified central communication channel, strengthening the customer experience and elevating the quality of government communication.

In this context, H.E. Dr. Ohoud Ali Shehail, Director General of the Department of Digital Ajman, emphasized that the partnership represents an advanced model of institutional collaboration, stating: “At the Department of Digital Ajman, we believe in the importance of building high-quality partnerships with the academic sector, given its pivotal role in developing national talent and bridging knowledge with practical application. Our partnership with CERT is a strategic step that will enhance the efficiency of Ajman Contact Center 80070, strengthen its readiness to support government entities, and deliver a smoother and more efficient customer experience—aligned with the emirate’s aspirations and future vision.”

On his part, Mohammed Gheyath, CEO of CERT, stated that this strategic partnership with the Department of Digital Ajman reflects CERT’s commitment to supporting government entities through integrated operational solutions that strengthen communication channels and enhance customer experience.
